NICK MATHER | Founder & Managing Director

Mr. Mather is Founder, CEO & MD of DGR Global and has been involved in the junior resource sector at all levels for 40+ years. During this time Nick has been instrumental in the delivery of major resource projects that have provided +$5.7 Billion cash in shareholder returns. Nick brings a wealth of valuable experience to the Board. with his special area of expertise being the generation of undervalued resource exploration opportunities.

Nick is a NED of SolGold Plc (LSE & TSX: SOLG), Exec Chair of Armour Energy (ASX: AJQ), NED of Clara Resources (ASX: C7A), NED of First Tin Plc (LSE: 1SN). and NED of New Peak Metals (ASX: NPM).

Nick was Arrow Energy Ltd co-founder and served as Executive Director until resigning in 2004. Arrow was subsequently acquired by Shell and PetroChina in 2010 for ~$3.5 Billion. He was also co-founder and NED of Bow Energy Ltd until its 2012 ~$550M takeover by Arrow Energy . In addition Nick was Founder and Chair of TSX-V listed Waratah Coal Inc until it’s 2009 $130M acquisition by Minerology Pty Ltd. He was NED of Ballarat Goldfields NL until 2004 when the company was taken over by Lihir Gold Ltd for ~$500M. Nick was MD of BeMax Resources and headed the company’s 1998 discovery of its Murray Basin mineral sands project,. BeMax was sold to Cristal in 2003 for $350M following a regional exploration push by Nick and his geological team. Nick was also MD of Auralia Resources NL, until its 1995 $23M merger with Ross Mining NL and also project generator and vendor of Northern Energy which sold to New Hope in 2011. for $250M.

PETER WRIGHT | Chair

Mr Wright is the Portfolio Manager and Partner at Bizzell Capital Partners Pty Ltd and has 22 years’ experience across the Finance and Resource sectors. .Peter joined DGR Global in 2021 as a Non-Executive Director, whilst also retaining his role as Executive Director at Greenwing Resources Limited and Non-Executive Director at Laneway Resources Limited.

Peter’s previous roles include Corporate advisor to Altura 2010-2016, and most recently as deal originator and Corporate Advisor to MAAS Group Holdings Ltd culminating in their successful December 2020 IPO.

Peter brings to DGR Global a unique and desirable combination of skills from his time in the industry.  He has a wide industry knowledge base that includes the economics around exploration and mining (including feasibility studies), a sound understanding of regulatory bodies such as the ASIC and ASX, strong stakeholder relationships reflected by his good reputation in the market as well as a high level of experience in marketing and investor relations.  Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Bachelor of Economics Degree and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.

BRIAN MOLLER | Non-Executive Director

Mr Moller is a corporate partner in the Brisbane based law firm Hopgood Ganim. Brian was admitted as a solicitor in 1981 and has been a partner since 1983. and practices almost exclusively in the corporate area with an emphasis on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions.

Brian holds an LLB Hons from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association. Brian acts for many public listed resource and industrial companies and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the board particularly in the corporate regulatory and governance areas. He was formerly chairman of LSE and TSX listed SolGold plc and is the Chairman of ASX listed Clara Resources Australia Limited,(ASX: C7A) Platina Resources Limited and Tempest Minerals Limited and a Non Executive Director of ASX listed NewPeak Metals Limited .

BEN HASSELL | Non-Executive Director

Mr Hassell holds a Business Degree (Acc) and is a Chartered Accountant. Ben brings 20 years of
in-depth corporate experience to the Board having worked in a broad cross-section of industry, including listed and non-listed companies. He also has extensive experience working with private discretionary trusts, SMSFs and Private Ancillary Funds.

Importantly, Ben has worked at all levels - operational, management and executive level - and has an excellent understanding of business at all phases of its development. He has extensive experience in Debt and Equity Funding, Stakeholder Management and Regulatory Compliance. Ben’s special areas of expertise is financial modelling, forecasting/projecting and risk mitigation. Currently, Ben holds the position of Group General Manager of the Samuel Group of Companies, a Brisbane based Investment and Consultancy Group directing and managing a diverse portfolio including cattle stations, listed mineral resource companies, rural and residential Real Estate and philanthropic services.

GEOFF WALKER

COMPANY SECRETARY AND CFO

Mr Geoff Walker is a chartered accountant and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Geoff has 30+ years of commercial experience including as Chief Financial Officer of ASX listed Eagers Automotive Limited (APE), Range International Limited (RAN) and Kina Petroleum Limited (KPE). Geoff brings extensive experience formulating and executing strategic initiatives while managing change and growth.

JOHN BIERLING

GENERAL MANAGER

Mr John Bierling has extensive operations management and resources management expertise
and experience and is the leader of the DGR Global exploration team. John has over 9 years experience in the operations field and 25 years experience in the commodities field working
with a range of junior and mid-cap resource companies as well as with several global resource companies. In addition, John has over 15 years’ direct experience in farming and agriculture.

PRU FOGARTY

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Ms Pru Fogarty has worked in resources for ASX listed Juniors since 2010 with experience
in IPO’s, Capital Raisings and Takeovers both in Australia and South America. 

Pru is managing the unlisted project pipeline for DGR Global and holds Bachelor Degree in
Business and Marketing.
